Neelima Hospital is Roydon's largest healthcare commission to date — a fully BIM-coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting build serving 1,100 beds across 14 floors. Operating theatres, NICU, ICU and isolation wards all run on independent air streams with full redundancy. The systems are designed to be invisible.
Every clinical zone gets its own thermal envelope, pressure cascade and emergency power path. We coordinated 4 trades through one BIM model, ran 11,000 m of duct, 28 km of conduit and 9,400 m of pipe — and handed it over commissioned, balanced and snag-free.

HVAC systems, BMS integration, process piping and fire safety — air that holds its line. Pressure cascades engineered for OTs, ICUs and data halls, all coordinated through one BMS.
LT / MV distribution, DG sets, lighting design and ELV systems — power that never blinks. Redundancy designed from the incoming feed to the last outlet.
Domestic water, drainage & STP, pressure systems and water treatment — water that knows its way. Pressure-zoned risers, looped reticulation, treated and metered.
Commissioning, O&M training, warranty cover and post-occupancy support — the part most contractors disappear after. Our team actually answers.
